PremiumCitiPrinter.live is a third party independent site for refurbished printers. We are neither associated with nor sponsored or endorsed by any printer maker or company. Because these are refurbished items, there may be light scuffing that doesn't affect the function and will not be a valid reason for a refund.
Currently, we have only COD as the mode of payment. All customers should check the product description and specifications thoroughly to ensure compatibility before making a purchase. If a product is delivered to you undersized, defective or not what was ordered as shown and referenced by the description on our website then customers must notify our support team of this within 48 hours of delivery (with relevant details) along with necessary proof/ evidence (e.g. photograph(s)/ video if applicable) for review.
Only once the product has been assessed by our team will a refund or replacement be appropriate. All products must be returned in their original condition including all accessories, manuals, packaging materials and product received during shipment. Products that have been incorrectly used, dropped, physically broken by the customer or customized after delivery will not be eligible for a refund and/or replacement.
When a product is refused at the time of Cash on Delivery without valid reasons, the refund cannot be done or orders placed by mistake by customers, in case of any issue due to incompatibility for not validating regarding product requirements are also No Refund. Unless we made a mistake in shipping or providing you with a verified defective product, Shipping and Handling charges are generally not refundable.
When the request for return is approved and/or the product has been inspected in proper conditions, the refund will be processed with an existing method agreed upon by both parties within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times are dependent on operational and banking procedures.
