After order intimation, verification will be done, quality inspection for the refurbished product is done and then it comes up to our criteria. Orders typically ship in 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing times can be longer during busy periods, or when an update from the inventory takes place, or due to other circumstantial events.
We are currently shipping eligible locations across USA. Delivery times can differ from customer to customer based on location, availability of courier partners, weather conditions, delays in transportation or any other reasons beyond our control. Estimates for delivery times are provided for your reference only and cannot be considered as dates of guaranteed delivery.
PremiumCitiPrinter.live's only payment method in COD (Cash on Delivery). The full order amount is paid by customers on delivery. The delivery address and contact details provided by you while placing an Order have to be accurate, complete, correct. If you gave me incorrect or incomplete information, it could cause delays shipping your order, extra shipping charges on your order or demise of your current status as an order.
All refurbished items go through quality checks and are appropriately packaged before they are dispatched to the client so that there is minimal risk of damage while going from shipment. Delivery customers are advised to check the package at delivery. In case the parcel is severely damaged or tampered with, we request our customers to inform delivery personnel and customer care immediately.
There are limits on what areas can receive delivery in certain situations — for example, remote or restricted locations. We can cancel or reject orders, which cannot be served due to logistical restrictions. In these scenarios, the customer will be notified immediately.
